General Questions

What is Print-on-Demand?

Print-on-demand (POD) is a fulfillment method where products are only created after you place an order. This means we don’t keep inventory—each item is printed and shipped when you order it. This helps reduce waste and allows us to offer unique designs without mass production.

Who prints and ships my order?

We partner with Printful, a leading print-on-demand company. Printful prints, packs, and ships your order directly to you from one of their global fulfillment centers.

Ordering & Processing

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be printed and prepared for shipping. Processing times may vary depending on the product type and Printful’s current production schedule.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Since each item is made to order, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it is in production. Please double-check your details before completing checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us ASAP, and we’ll do our best to help!

Will my items arrive together?

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on Printful’s fulfillment locations. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship to most countries worldwide! However, some locations may have shipping restrictions. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method:

  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–12 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and do not include production time.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. You’ll see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are set by your country’s customs authorities and are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Since each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with a photo of the problem.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We want you to love your purchase! If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, email us at [your contact email] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll work with Printful to replace the item at no cost to you.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment options available through Etsy and Shopify (depending on where you make your purchase).

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! Our store uses secure payment processing, and we never store your payment details. All transactions are encrypted to ensure your information stays safe.

Other Questions

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?

Currently, Printful does not offer gift wrapping, but you can add a note at checkout, and we’ll do our best to include it in your package.
